What areas do you serve?
The Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody) and surrounding communities.
How do I book?
Complete our booking request form or contact Marcia directly at 604-250-5406 or info@thedailyedit.ca. Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
How do I pay?
Cash or e-Transfer upon completion of services.
Are purchases included?
No. Items purchased on your behalf are billed separately from service fees.
Do you charge mileage?
Only outside the Tri-Cities service area, at $0.67/km. Parking fees, tolls or other pre-approved expenses needed to complete your request are billed separately.
What if an item isn’t available?
We’ll contact you whenever possible. If we can’t reach you, we’ll follow the shopping and substitution preferences you’ve provided.
Can I book recurring services?
Absolutely. Many clients schedule weekly or monthly concierge visits, and our Concierge Memberships keep dedicated hours in your calendar every month.
How long will my errands take?
We’ll give you an estimate when we confirm your booking. Completion times can be affected by traffic, weather, store inventory and wait times, so we’ll keep you updated as needed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
With at least 24 hours’ notice there’s no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee. Read the full Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Can you return something you bought for me?
Yes. Returns or exchanges requested after purchases have been completed are booked as a separate service, unless arranged otherwise.
Is my information kept private?
Always. Your personal information is kept confidential, and every service is carried out with professionalism, discretion and respect.
Is there anything you can’t help with?
We’ll happily consider almost any request. The Daily Edit may decline anything unsafe, illegal, unethical or outside the scope of our services.
